As most of you already know I am in Alvin at my Grandparents house on a extended, late "spring break". I have been enjoying being here and have been able to spend time with my Grandparents.
I have been taking lots of pictures and as soon as I'm home then I'll post some :)


This is where we live in Alvin before we moved to Boerne in 1998.
The house seems so much smaller than I thought it had been and the neighborhood has changed lots. Only two blocks from our old house I was stopped, questioned, and searched for "weapons" by the Alvin police just because!!! The officer took my knife out of my pocket first thing and then made me put my hands on the hood, spread my legs and stand there while he went though all my pockets and my shoes and another police woman took my camera off my shoulders and looked at the pictures on it. After about 10 minuets of being questioned he finally gave me my knife and camera back and said "Mr. White, you are free to go. Have a nice day". A very warm welcome! lol
